Handbag design has been in my life since my grade school days of creating cigar box purses and lunchbox bags. Being a part of Spartina from its roots and watching it grow has been nothing short of exciting. Photo shoots, still life design, handbag design, paper product design, trade shows, display design, marketing, international travel, and more have all been a major journey for me. This company truly showed me that you never know what you can do until you try and being one of a two person design team meant that wearing many hats was essential and saying “I don’t know” was never an option! I learned so much from my time with Spartina and really embraced the world of colorful, floral handbags and accessories. I will forever remember my non official title, “Wizard”.
